Default Aint been around lately but a warning about VIP sports

Been complimentary of them in the past but would like you all to be wary of this last promotion

This is what I got emailed

March Madness has arrived, and VIP.com has all the action! We will give you a 50% Free Cash Bonus on your first 4 deposits from now until April 7th! You can earn up to $4,000 in Free Cash during the tournament

So I went to the link and saw this

Receive a 50% Free Cash Bonus on your first 4 deposits during this promotion.
Maximum bonus per deposit is $1,000
Offer valid from Wednesday, March 12th, 2008, to Monday, April 7th, 2008, at 11:59pm EST.
Select accounts are eligible for this promotion. Log-in to your account and check the message center for your eligibility. If you have a message inviting you to use this bonus, you are eligible.

So I then went to my messages and saw this

Congratulations! Your account is approved to use the 50% Reload Bonuses during March Madness!

All bonuses will be credited to your account automatically after each deposit.

    Good Luck!

So I deposited and they said I am not eligible because my last transaction was a withdrawl.

Just a warning before any of you make the same mistake

    Thanks for the heads up.

This is a fairly common restriction... Always verify the terms of your bonus before depositing, at least if that is a main reason for your deposit.

these 50% + bonuses always seem to good to be true, therefore i stay away from all bonuses

Understood on normal bonuses last transaction cant be a withdrawl but why would you have to verify if it says this clearly

    TTP,

Looks like a mistake with your account. It doesn't do anything for them if an upset player is going to withdraw it back. Can you PM me your account ID? If you are playing anyways won't hurt to ask mgt. for it.

Like Bill Dozer said this is most likely due to a clerical error. VIP goes by its rules. In my experience with them (over 4 years) they may cut your limits but won't cheat you.

Same thing happened to me because i made a poker transfer in the last 15 days, but i got on chat, and they said as long as i didnt transfer till my rollover was met the bonus was mine!

VIP is ok but I do not do business with corporate books as they are not well run.

My account has no such message, so it wasn't sent to everyone. I suspect it was just a clerical error in your case.

    TTP,

This is what I was told regarding the 50% program and you are eligible to take advanatage...

This was a situation where the email went out to him correctly, as he is eligible for the promotion. But the rules included still apply. Now that he made a deposit, his last transaction is no longer a withdrawal, so until April 7th he is eligible to receive 50% bonuses on up to 4 deposits.
