    i owe netbank 1k, wash mutual 1k, and got chexed a couple of years ago when the ball didn't bounce my way

    does anyone know where i can cash a canadien ***********? ace express or moneybox won't take them. like i said, i don't have a bank acct. it's only $40 so no fraud involved
