I opened an new account there, www.iasbet.com,
but in my neteller account i have www.betaustralia.com under the ID merchant for transfer in there webpage, but the customer services doesn't know who is betaustralia.com.

Please to review if the money is sending to iasbet.com, or betaustralia.com or iasbet is same as betaustralia.

Bet Australia and IASbet used to be related. They were basically the same book in that you could transfer your funds from one to the other, but IASbet has more of an International set-up whereas Bet Australia was more oriented towards North American sports.

Bet Australia was shut down a little while back. I guess the stuff that gets displayed in Neteller wasn't properly updated but there is nothing to worry about with this group. Canbet is also in the group.
