SBR Bill Dozer reports: BetonStars(SBR rating D-) phones and livechat down during office move. The migration began two days after the Super Bowl which is the most common time for a failing book to pull the plug. The fast-busy phone signal had players concerned. BetonStars has allowed SBR to visit and take pictures during the setup of their new office.
The sportsbook blames nervous clients for emptying its Neteller merchant account. One player has been waiting for a $1500 Neteller payout since the weekend. Management tells SBR that they expect to have a funded Neteller account, as well as a working phone system tomorrow.

As of writing their Web site is down (yet again!!!) and their phone line (+1-866-890-6740) is ringing fast busy. Respectfully, would be most appreciative if SBR could try and raise BetOnStars' management to find out what (on earth) is happening please. Many thanks to you SBR!

That was (bloody) quick!!! Thank you SBR. Web site is now up, haven't tried their phone though simply because they seem to have some iphone set-up, which makes live 121 chatting virtually inaudible.

Welcome to the forum. BetonStars is paying 50 to 80 cents more than 10bet and Pinnacle on GERMAN BUNDESLIGA TWO dogs (about 2 to 1 dogs). BoS will get some action even without bonuses.

No ogdnutts, I've met their rollover requirements, they refused my payout request because I hadn't yet traded for the full 30-days.

I explained to them that I had a family emergency (my mother died) hence the reason I hadn't traded in a month but that was neither here nor there as far as they were concerned.

At one point I had about US$6,000 with them and was alarmed, when I 'returned to work', to read what was being written on this forum. FYI my exposure is now much, much reduced but even so, I still wouldn't want to lose that.

Btw, their Web site is down again (as I write). I just hope it's back up tomorrow. :mellow:

I think BetOnStars is no more Bill and respectfully, it's now probably about time to think about reclassifying them (an F or F- would probably be appropriate), if you are able please.

Their Web site, along with their phone lines, have now been down for the best part of 5-days. My last communication (with a guy called "Johnny") was a day ago saying that all would be working within 2-hours.

If SBR is able to raise BetOnStars, can you please try doing so? Otherwise, can you please reclassify this outfit? Thank you. :mellow:

Don't think they are dead yet. AllSports was also offline for ages while they changed Software, but they eventually came back.

It would have been decent however for BOS to have e-mailed their clients to let them know about this downtime

We visited the office yesterday and can verify that they are physically still there.

BetOnStars(SBR rating D) off-line since Friday; SBR visits office. SBR has verified that BetonStars is staffed and is taking wagers. Management tells SBR that their IQ-L software service was discontinued on Friday and they are in the process of implementing ASI’s software package. The sportsbook is unable to process payouts during this down time. Players can reach customer service by calling 1-800-799-6353.

This has been a very very strange book from day 1. I hope they do get the book up and running. Those of you with balances should use that opportunity to be sellers. Then if things look stable in September you could pick up where you left off.

Most of the site doesn't work including the login box and the contact us button. So...unless you have access to another source of info, you wouldn't know you have to hit the login button (below where the login fields are supposed to be) two times to get in.

This # 1-800-799-6353 should work.
