    Default JJ, video request? Maybe a demo?

    Hanky,

    So I got up this morning and just didn't feel into it. I decided to go run some sprints like you've mentioned you do. I warmed up for 5 mins, stretched, then ran 12 50yd sprints, with my rest between sprints being a 50yd walk by to the starting point. Is this a good way? What do you do? Do you have any stretches to recommend? Do you run on grass? concrete? on a track?

    Thanks. I'll try to implement it into my next sprint session, though I feel really good after this mornings exercise. Only took my about 30mins total and I feel more energized now. Hope I'm not stiff tomorrow. One more question...how many days per week is ideal? Or do you just do it when you feel like it?

    Got another sprint session scheduled for tomorrow morning. Might switch things up a bit. Might go longer distances with longer rest periods. We'll see.

    First day never too bad but that second day of soreness is the worst. if you stick that out youll feel great in no time
