Good advice, still hard to do. It's like telling a chunky person to do this to get their mind off food, odds are against it. Chased last night and gave back all my winnings from the past week, and I had been doing good. The weird thing is I wasn't chasing losses, I was chasing wins. Money management is a tough cookie to crack.
