whats the story on the oakland raiders head coaching job. it just seems like nobody wants to take that job at all.

now Al Davis is considering bringing back Art Shell to coach them next year.

Davis is getting to be one of the worst GMs in the NFL. Only Matt Millen is making him look good. (Sorry Onlooker)

After the Redskins start winning Super Bowls behind the highest paid coaching staff in NFL history, the league will fall into line with this theory I've been preaching since the salary cap era began. Since there is a cap on player salaries, why not toss money at obtaining/retaining the top coaches? It makes me sick that Dan Snyder was the one that finally figured out my sickeningly simple formula. Give the coaches what they want: money, power, pride, control, etc.
