    These are the two most followed teams... is it best to just bet against them and take the dog at value. I mean those teams lines are pounded so bad... I just wonder if you would make money... I mean take away the teams that are horrible like the royals or w/e. Or a absolutely terrible pitching matchup...like a guy whose not having a good year vs an ace...

    Ive made a lot of money betting against the Yankees in past years. They always seem to get an inflated line and you get good value on the opposing team.

    I haven't confirmed it yet, but I think you would have made a profit by blindly betting against the Yankees when they were favored last season. If I remember later, I will run this anlysis later for both the Yanks and Red Sox for 2007.

    I don't have the facts and figures but I do know that my friends lose alot more with the Yankees than any other team in baseball.

    IMO despite the youth push the Yanks will be the same team as last year. I think the Tigers will be solid but I don't think they will run away with it - I think it will be a close race between them and the Indians all season.
