I have been doing pretty well finding good vlaue with these games.

Astros +155

Once again, I can't believe a team would be a -165 favorite in spring training. Pettitte and the Yankees might be -165 or greater favorites at home to the Astros if it was the regular season, but no way in spring training. Pitchers are stil working on their location and trying to get their velocity up. Starting pitchers go a few innings at the most still. Starting position players are usually lifted midway.

I will always take a +140 dog, let alone a +155 or like a few days a go a +162 dog in spring training.

I don't like this play. Mind you, I'm only 5-5 this spring, but I've bet against the Yanks the past two days and won both (Min +160, Cin +120). Today, the Yankees will win. All their regulars will be in and I expect most of them will get at least 3ABs. Pettitte pitching, will likely go 2-3 innings. Rivera also scheduled to pitch today. Most of the Yanks junk pitchers threw yesterday. I wouldn't bet on the Yankees because I think -165 is a rip-off, but I wouldn't feel so good betting on Houston today. I'd just avoid this game altogether. Just my two cents.

Its strictly value. Yankees are better on paper. But no one is going all out in a meaningless game. Arod and Jeter wont be diving into stands. I think the Astros young guys have more to play for. Especially against the big bad Yankees.
