Western Union and Moneygram transactions, your book give you a receiver's name and a location so you go to any Western Union or Moneygram office, send the money for that receiver's name on that city and country you're supposed to, then just call back your book and provide the "controll number" or "reference number" written on the tickt transfer...
-They pick up the money using a processor (your receiver does'nt exist!!!)
-Safe method... (Double check spelling)
-Some books pay the fees for sending certain amounth...
-Don't you never ever tell Moneygram or Western Union this is for gambling!!!
