Well.
5Dimes pays very fast, accepts instant e-Checks with a limit of $300 per 14 days, is pretty bad if you're looking for bonuses, and I'm unsure of their horse setup.
Beted pays fast, accepts instant e-Checks with a limit of $1000, and I'm not too sure of their bonus or horse situation. So I'm sure bigboydan would have that information but the books I've just mentioned meet your first two needs.
