Default Advice needed re: Betroyal cashout

I took a poker signup bonus on Betroyal.com and have run the balance up to just under $1000. Their poker and sportsbook sites are run by the same CS and use the same accounts. I need to withdraw most of it, and would like the advice of those here who have had dealings with them. How can I get them to give me a Neteller withdrawal instead of ** or a check? Also, is there anything else I'll need to do to get my money from them?

    How did you deposit?

I have not deposited. They are giving a $11 no deposit bonus for signing up and creating a poker screenname, which I ran up to $989 in the poker room. I did have a $20 bet on the Steelers, but other than that, I've not made any other sports bets.

It seems to me that they tend to respect customers who complain on SBR more than they do on other forums, which frankly is the reason I'm here.

They haven't actually said this yet. I've gotten those exact words for this excuse from a few other sites, but to their credit, BetRoyal hasn't come out and told me this. I suspect that either they're just being slow as apparently usual, or I'm doing something wrong (what, I don't know). Do they normally request any ID or other documents that I can get ready for them ahead of time and save some pain?

I've been getting the runaround on getting a ** request through since Friday. I'm beginning to think that the fee just isn't worth it. I'm here now because I want to know just what I need to say to them to get paid instead of the completely unreasonable slowpays I've seen complaints for on this forum. Like many other people, I have debts to pay (rent, etc.) and can't afford a week or two worth of Neteller or other cash account float. What exactly do I say when I call in shortly to get the ball rolling on a non-delayed cashout??

I haven't even tried yet. The withdrawal rules currently linked from their banking page basically say that they will only process Neteller withdrawals up to the amount of the customer's Neteller deposits, which is why I was surprised that people were talking about getting two $2500 neteller withdrawals a week. . Are they breaking their own rules to pay people?

Your situation is different cause you never deposited. I would imagine
they would pay you thru Neteller. The way it works= You deposit via
Neteller than you have to withdraw via Neteller.

You have requested a payout and they offered ** but as usual are giving you the runaround? Is that correct? Now you're thinking neteller would be the most efficient manner, time wise. Am i right so far?

I think either way they're gonna try the stall tactics to be honest. Raiders just took them on as sponsors so perhaps he could give them a bell for you, but your best bet would be to talk to Bill Dozer. Where you at Dozer?

You won't be paid at all until you provide your documentation. If you haven't sent them documents, then do that first. Contact them after you send the scan and have them verify that they received it. Then ask them what withdrawal method will allow you to receive your funds in the most expedient manner. Their CS is quite friendly and happy to provide information, sometimes too much information. If they take longer than they state on their site to send your funds, then contact someone with SBR.

Great job, Annorax. It looks like that took less than 24 hours. That's an interesting result with Royal. I try to help these guys out whenever I can because generally they are treated unfairly by some of the posters here, but they have had incredible difficulties getting people paid in a timely manner. I'm glad to see they took care of you appropriately. I hope this becomes the norm for them at some point in time.
