Its more of a greyed out block. Its a neutral vote until the member that gave it reaches the minimum post count.

Yeah, I just realized. I got that grey/blue from raiders when he was in the red. At least it was a nice thought! Thanks raiders!

If raiders is giving out the odd color rep, then Im not sure what it is.

All the grey colored reps I got were from new members that had under 50 posts.

Raiders was banned for a while and then he was negative rating so I think those two items had something to do with it. I had a positive from AK that turned grey once he was banned again.
