Does SBR have a record of such things...I think it would be a good idea to give such individuals a "status designation." It's important for newbies and lurkers to know who these forum pioneers are.

Marc was definitely active from the start.

There was an odd guy who called himself Square who was around a lot. He had a bit of a Peanuts shtick going on (like he would say, "Good grief.") And he liked to always say he was square as a box (but the idea - hint-hint-nudge-nudge - was that he wasn't really.)

Clip Joint was around. Among other things, I remember him running some interesting tests on NFL pre-season in August.

I always think of Brick Tamland, Senator7 and Ganchrow as posters that were making this forum very promising in the early going - but they may not have come around until a few weeks after the beginning. I'm not sure about the timing.

SBR needs to acknowledge thes trailblzer posters who set the foundation for this forum.

I would love to see more from Brick because that guy was genuinely funny.

I think Senator got tired of battling with the kids. He was a bit stiff and might prefer the forum at Fox News over SBR.

Ganchrow is as good as it gets when it comes to being a poster at this forum. His rep should be off the chart because everything he says is quality information presented in a fashion that would make a professional journalist want to go back to school.

Senator is posting over at the offshore last time i checked...i post there too...he was a good guy to have around too. Granchow is really good....he was gone mysteriously for a few months just like Heathcliff from Wuthering Heights but returned and everything is back to normal.

I think I got them all...I request that all original members be given lifetime tenure on the board (i.e. they can't be kicked off this way they can say things without fear of reprisal) and that they get a title like "SBR charter member" or something like that.
