Is this a serious question? Just in the past couple weeks, Yuri Barashian, who was around +650, dominated Thomas Ulrich, and Paul Williams, who closed around -1000, got beaten handily by Carlos Quintana. To answer the question, yes, dogs win all the time in boxing.

The dog in the over/under wins far more than the side. But dogs do win and are usually over priced. The favourite is where the money goes and the line is shaded that way. Now draws rarely happen in boxing but do occassionally pop up.
