Exclamation Report: Patriots close to a deal with Moss

Adam Schefter of the NFL Network is reporting that the New England Patriots are close to a deal with Randy Moss.

According to Schefter, the Patriots have made Moss an offer that would make him one of the highest paid receivers in the league.

Moss has them by the balls, they need him or else might not get into playoffs.

I would say they NEED him...but they'd like to have him back. They've made the playoffs without him plenty or times.

I said in another thread that Moss would sign with the Pats, probably thursday or friday.

The reported offer is 3 years $27 million. I am not sure how much of that is guaranteed, but I thought for sure the offer would be higher.

esp when their offense was scoring so much and so fast the first 10 games and putting the def back on the field so much, pretty damn impressive so i dont understand the hate on their def

This is the case when your offense is so potent that you force other offenses into being one-dementional passing units.

I forgot this isn't baseball and that the NFL is cheap.

If this were any other sport Moss would command atleast $15 million per year.

102 million for Big Ben? That's even more than Tom Brady's making. Wow I think he got a little overpaid.

great point, they had so many big leads that their defense could lay back and almost play prevent, giving up big yds but not many pts

are you really a girl, haha

It also helps when you get to play the Jets, Dolphins, and Bills twice each.

It also helps when you're not actually #1 in defense as far as points allowed, but #4 (Colts, Steelers, Buccaneers).

Brady took a lower deal so they could afford to resign other players and build around him. Ben obviously isn't doing that. Who cares, they all make there real money on signing bonus and endorsements.

I find you very attractive right now.

That's exactly why I love Brady.

No, you love Brady because he's a pretty boy and good looking. It also helps that he finishes what he starts, unlike some...

You know what's funny? When I saw you made a new post in this thread, I knew what it said before I read it. Not word for word, but I got the gist. You like Brady because he's good looking...blah...blah...blah...*insert reference to not having orgasm* Yawn.

Oh, and if you think Brady always finishes what he starts, you obviously didn't see the Superbowl.

If you think he's the reason they lost that game, I'll lose any semblance of a respect for your "sports knowledge".

Do the names Logan Mankins, Stephen Neal, Nick Kaczur, Russ Hochstein, or Matt Light mean anything to you? Now how about Justin Tuck, Osi Umenyora, or Michael Strahan?

Brady was hit what, 20 total times?......................

The Giants weren't even blitzing much, they were dominating that offensive line like they were high schoolers, were you watching? Still, Brady led his team down the field and scored with 3 minutes left to go.........

At least I made my comment in a new and creative way...and if your panties are bunched about something said in the private zone, next time address it in there.

There was nothing new or creative about your comment. It was a silly little jab at me after you mentioned the word "orgasm". Why not spend that energy thinking of new and creative ways to pleasure "your man?"....

Maybe change your appearance or outfits in bed, look different... you know, like you do in all the pictures you post?
