If you like waiting over 4+ days for a reply at Full Tilt, play there. Stars answers within 30 minutes most times. Full Tilt also has a bad reputation among a lot of high stakes players for their randomly freezing accounts and then taking days and sometimes weeks to let the player know what the hell is going on. They do pay but I don't think the RB is worth it considering, Poker Stars is worlds more of a solid choice even without RB.
there are advantages and disadvantages to both sites... If you put in enough volume get multipliers on points and don't mind getting stuff instead of cash pokerstars is a better deal... if you only play occasionally or want cash I would take the rakeback at fulltilt... I do agree that pstars' support seems to be way better then fulltilt...

Neither, both rigged. They both pay though.

they cheat you and then they pay you? hell of a deal... I noticed that when I click repetitively where the flop is going to appear while waiting for the flop I typically get better flops... Then again it might be just a nervous tick on my part out of boredom of playing too much poker and I only notice my habit when the flop comes my way...

at low stakes (say 1/2 NL and below) I think fulltilt is the softier site of the two...

Purely from a incentive point of view (ie rakeback and bonuses) I would avoid UB over the above two choices... You can get rakeback there along with very frequent bonuses but you only receive credit for play when contributing to a pot which makes bonuses and rakeback accumulate really slow...
Then you have their ties to AP along with the suspicions of high stakes players alluded by the poster above... While I don't you would have to much to worry about playing lower to mid-sized stack games it is something that has to be taken into consideration with developing an opinion of their reputation...

UB is basically a sister site to Absolute Poker.
You can also transfer funds to and fro between them to your own accounts. They are both financially secure but there's a lot of shady stuff going on at the high limit heads up tables at UB, and the short handed big games. Most players will never encounter it at that end, but if you're looking to take a shot with big money I'd pick a place like Full Tilt.
