lol...well actually my mom was being nice to me!!!! but im just dispointed with betED.com everything seemed flowing so nicely at 1st and last week it just hit a brick wall and they really had me pissed now I don't know if I can trust my money on the sportsbooks at all...

BetEd's rules state that only one account can be used per household. YngSwift took multiple bonuses on the 1st account in his mother's name and wagered with those funds. One week later he took the same bonuses again on a new account. This action connects the two accounts and puts him in violation of Ed's ToS.

The system is not perfect. If YngSwift didn't win, the account would not have been examined and his losses would stand. One could argue that this gives the book a shot at anyone who is new and doesn't read the rules and conditions.

Had the player opened a second account after the first had a zero balance and not double dipped the bonus offer, I would expect the book to pay him his funds. Had the player exhausted the bonus on the 2nd account and then made a deposit, a case could be made that winnings from that deposit should be honored.

Since BetEd gave the player bonus funds on this last deposits or on the day of the last deposit, the player was still in the process of manipulating the offer. All deposits have been returned to the player via EFT.

Yng's a liar. I discussed this case with him on another forum this morning. I asked him twice if he or his mother took any bonuses and he said "No !".

As Dozer pointed out the rule says one account per household. Originally I thought he would still get paid but after reading Dozer's report and seeing that this guy lied to me I don't care. BetEd isn't to blame here.

This guy's a cheat. He went crying to two forums before going behind the scenes to get this solved. I can't emphasize enough that you should first contact Dozer and later run to the forums.

nobody lied to you....I didnt think them trivia questions I happened to answer for only $5 would make a difference...them $5 I had played no part in my winnings because I had a balnce of $0 when I made my deposit!!
