BetEd said last time this came up I think that they wouldn't make any more exceptions.. I can't really criticise their decision as you were in breach of their T&C. The T&C are the only protection people have in this industry, and their enforcement can't be optional on either side... if we're going to insist they're followed when it suits the customer, we can't expect any less the other way..

I have seen a well written rule somewhere that they'd calculate what portion of your winnings were from bonus funds, and remove those, though this would obviously involve a lot of admin... i.e. a $20 wager with $5 bonus at evens would give $10 of winnings from bonus, $50 would include $10 of winnings and give $20 winnings tied to bonus, and so on.. Could well take a CSR all day just to do the admin on one account.
