Hello everyone,

Long time lurker and barely post but i have been using Betonline for quite some time now and encountered my first negative experience and was wondering if anyone else had something similar happen before...

I had 1198.37 in my account before I started to play blackjack and over a period of about an hour or so i proceeded to get that balance to a little over 3k then back down to about it's original amt. I was satisified after winning with Idaho anyways that I just went to bed ahead.

I wake up and my balance says 18.37. The book claims it was all casino losses yet I cannot see them in my own account activity they can only see it on their end since it has not "Postied" yet. Do i have a gripe here?

i decided to close my acct and I think I am just going to move books.

Not really sure what to make of this particular case, because I think their would be a hand history somewhere in their system. I guess you could fill out this complaint form and one of us can inquire on your behalf.

My opinion is you seem rather unconcerned and just willing to except the $1,100 being stolen from you. If that is what happened?

here's some good advice. stay away from online casinos, you have no chance.

They have a history link on the casino. Dont think they screwed you for 1100 by accident.
