I wagered yesterday on the Bulls game at 7:09 yesterday. Does that qualify for waiting till the last minute?

The very last second(s).... I mean I have the clock set to tell me the seconds so when I place my wager it's usually 3-10 seconds from start time... So as per the example above I would place them at 7:09:55 For halfs I won't bet on a game unless I can see it on TV with as little delay as possible and I will wait til JUST before they inbound or kick the ball off....

Both. Sometimes I get in when the line comes out and sometimes I wait until the last minute. It really helps if you know in advance who is going to win and how the line is going to move.

I usually bet when I make up my mind. That could be the last minute or 5 days in advance.

For me, I try to hit the favorites early and the dogs late, especially in MLB.

It depends on the line. If I think it's likely to move against me, I feel I have to get on it early (for example, I like New Orleans -3.5 tomorrow against Utah and feel that will only get bigger). But if I think the line will remain steady, I wait as long as I can (be bothered) just in case I can gain any more information.
