Default Anyone hear about Revolution Money Exchange where they give you $25?

I just signed up at a new Paypal-Neteller clone called www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com Has anyone heard of this bank-online money exchange that's just like PayPal or Neteller? It's a South Dakota FDIC bank so it looks legitimate? They give everyone $25 upon signup and I guess you can withdraw it into your bank account?Since it's a U.S.A.Bank,I'm not sure if any online gambling can accept it.

I have no stake in advertising this place other than to find out how legitimate this place is and to tell people that you get $25 for free.

I have heard of this place before. In fact here is a thread below where we were discussing it a while back.

A New Money Transfer Method, from Citibank, Morgan Stanley etc

Couldn't tell you know legit this outfit is though sir.

BTW: Before anyone even asks it... They are based in the U.S. so it's not even an option for gaming transactions.

Be informed that it's effectively another bank account, or so I read, sort of like Paypal. I read they will do a pull of your credit history, but should set you up just like Paypal would. If anyone does it let me know.

One of AOLs founders was said to be behind this company.

No,you just have to verify your bank account like PayPal,Neteller, etc. and then you can withdraw to your bank account for free or alternatively withdraw by check for a $2.50 fee.

I have collected $45 on this so far, $25 for signing up and $10 each for two referrals I made as they give you $10 for every referral that signs up.

The promotion was originally set to end after February 29 but I saw that they extended it until after March 31st.

If it's a no strings attached $25, sure why not. I'll do it too then.

I signed up, I don't really want to go posting the link around random forums because I'm not that good with pitches, but it says you can get family to sign up too so I might get a few referrals that way.

That's an interesting question. I think right now they are trying to attract as many people as possible to their product, and maybe they will roll in some small fees when they are happy with their customer base. I don't see how using them is practical though, most people use paypal through Ebay for this sort of e-wallet. Plus Ebay owns Paypal.
