Default O/T - Suggestions Before Posting in Sub-Forums

I hate taking up space in the forum on non-wagering things, but I had a suggestion for us all. This seems to be especially rampant in the NCAAB forum where I post the most.

Do you think you guys/gals can take a minute and just scroll down your page to look and see if there is a thread about the game you want to tout or have more info on from others rather than starting ANOTHER ONE on the same game. It's been getting a bit ridiculous with the # of threads started for the same game lately and makes it more difficult to read threads that might have good info in them! Just my two cents.

I agree with you but most people can't handle that

some people like to have their own threads with their own thoughts. doesn't seem like an awful problem to me.

I don't mind people who have their own threads for their own picks, but these are ones where people are posting like last night - three threads or so on the San Diego-St.Mary's game. It's just a pet peeve of mine. I doubt anyone will change. It's kosher.

yeah its def hard to make the forum perfect for everyone. i understand that you think it looks silly to have all those threads about one game and it would be nice to get all the game opinions/views/stats in one thread. i'll check before i make my next thread, we can do this one poster at a time.

I don't mind it Eagles if it is a differing view on the game (say one write up on St. Mary's and one write up on SD), and the posters can affirm their thoughts separately. I also don't mind if it's a differing thread looking exclusively at the total as well. GL today...
