Question What is the most important quality you look for when choosing a sportsbook?

I finally have narrowed down a list of about 20-25 books I'm considering playing at for the upcoming baseball season, but I'm still trying to figure out which ones I will cut out.

I look for low vig myself, but I'm just kind of curious as to what qualities other than safety of funds you guys look for in a sportsbook?

Assuming you have the bankroll and that the books aren't scam books, why not all 25?

Of course if you had that type of bankroll, obviously I would agree 100% with that statement sir. The problem is my alloted bankroll for the 2008 MLB season will only allow me to fund between 5-7 books at this time.

Assuming all 25 are secure, after we take into account low vig, I would ask myself which of these books have a higher level of professionalism in their customer support. I would also look at withdrawal fees, how fast they are paying out currently etc.

Assuming you believe all 25 are secure, I'd bonus whore the ones who offer the best bonus. I don't believe you'd fund the BJO's or the Betruss's of the world, but if you qualify for a bonus and are going to play there hit them up.

Definitely the book with the hottest babes. LOL!

But seriously, security and ease of deposit and withdrawal.

By far the most important is who boots and/or limits winners. Low juice means almost nothing if you know that if you actually win with those low lines you'll get booted.

Need to find out which reputable books will have a dime line for baseball this year

Bigboydan why don't you lits the books so we can together cut them down. I face very much them same thing right now. I currently used 4 books and look for 2-3 more when baseball season start.
    My books so far:
    The Greek
    5 dimes
    bet online
    the pig.
I bet on CBB, NBA, and NHL right now and 1st thing I look before I bet is the best line any of those book got available for them game. Then next thing will be low juice.
As you see I use 4 books still not good enough I'm looking to add 2-3 more books to get the best line Available. Since this year so crazy in CBB a tons of games decide by .5 pt. Yesterday I lost 3 games by 2.5 point and I won 2 games by .5. Thanks to have more than 2 books for those 2 win otherwise I would have push the last 2.

My list up next other than those 4 are.
1/ Bet Jam replace the greek for lower juice in Baseball.
    2/ Matchbook
3/ Bo dog for better dog lines ( Worry me a bit here)
4/ BetUS also for better dog line ( same as above)

Any other book please add to the list so we can do it together.
P/S: I learn from betcascade lesson so I'll never leave more than 5k in any of those book.

WT, Here is a list I'm currently still trying to narrow down.

The two exchanges are a must for me to use.

    MatchBook
    Tradesports

Here are a few other books I have pretty much narrowed it down to at this time.

    5Dimes
    BetJamaica
    ABCIslands
    BetAtlas
    Betonline

Now here is a list of the other books I'm still considering at this time.

    DSI
    WSEX
    Jazz
    ThePig
    TopCat
    Guardian
    PayOffsPlus

For prop wagering only purposes only I'm considering using TheGreek & Bookmaker

For squarish type lines before the profiling/dual lines factor kicks in. I'm considering these books.

    Bodog
    BetEd
    SIA

I know their still rather new and all, however I am still giving these books some consideration. Because the risk might be worth the reward, and their are no current complaints that I know of levied against them

BBD, just want to jump in here and say thanks for the research you do. I come to SBR mainly for that purpose--and I appreciate the help. The ratings do mean something--but knowing who collars, delays, etc etc is almost that impt--if not more.

Just like BJO's current situation--they are trying hard now to try and generate business, but having some severe growing pains. When you can't accept NT or MB easily--that is something a player needs to know.

BBD is a stud with his constant updates on each books state of affairs, the guy could probably touch up a few ratings in the right direction, or shave a little off if given the chance. I think he sees it a little straighter than others sometimes.

Agree with Buzzy on this one, doing that makes all the better.

and early lines would be nice, I need to find a book like that.

If you haven't been booted from SIA yet, I would make that one number one. Softest, stalest lines around.
