How is it possible an A+ book is not working on Super Bowl Sunday..

i've been trying to call them, and there phone lines are all busy. i will advise if and when i finaly get thru, in regards to this situation.

just finaly got thru, and spoke with one of the operators. they tell me that they have there techs working on the problem, but they didn't have a time frame on when the site would be operational again.

I think Bet Jamica is great website, really nice and I hope the rating downs not get lowered. But probably will.

However on a realistic turn point , there maybe will be hundreds of complaints from BetJam being down on Super Bowl Sunday in the coming days, if it was any other sporting event people will be forgiving, but not today. Just too much money involved today for a sportbooks website to be down with billions of money on the game and this happens. I guess the number giving out will help stop the massive bleeding for the current situation.

BJM experienced a serious hardware failure earlier today.

These kind of accidents are very rare and it obviously sucks that it took place today.

They are doing their best to fix things ASAP.

As much as I like Betjm, I am sad to see this happen but they are still a top tier book.

Raiders it stands to reason that BetJamica will have to be rated lower b/c of SBR's policies on how they rate. They have four broad categories for ratings and evalution #3 is software issues....

Now how can you be an A+ book and have software issues on the biggest betting day of the year for this long a period? This is inexcusable and no doubt their rating will have to be lowered.

I will bet you that Bill comes out here and says that he is going to have to lower their rating one way or another because of this big mess...otherwise he and SBR would look like hypocrites. Either that or Betjm is going to have to increase their "donations" to SBR more than they do now.

Superbowl Sunday and since 7:00 AM this morning all they have said is they'd be back up soon. Oh yea, BETJ says you can make a wager but we don't know if you have anything to wager but go ahead anyway???? Ridiculous!

Just to add, I have been quite happy with BETJ, it has just been a frustrating day and at this point I think they should be more forthcoming about the situation. I have chosen to use another book because of the uncertainty. I always use SBR to research books and believe BETJ's rating should be affected.
