    Lightbulb NCAAB: Oregon State vs Rice - Who would win?

    Ok. Enough of the better teams in the nation. How about two of the bad ones?

    OREGON STATE - 6-21 (0-15 in Pac10) RPI: 253

    versus

    RICE - 3-23 (0-13 in CUSA) RPI: 270

    Feel free to add some more stats, but this is just the basics.

    Who do you think would win? What could a possible spread and total be on this game?
