So far 66 individuals have participated at least 1 time in the best bet thread. We get anywhere between 20-30 participants each day. I think it has been a success.

I'd like to thank Diogee and LK1 for helping out. Its not the easiest thing to grade and it does take some time.

Moving on, I will be implementing a few changes with baseball just around the corner....

1) Grading will not just be win/loss but I will also include UNITS won/loss along with your record.

For example: A -186 loser will be reflected as 0-1 -1.86 and a +186 winner will be reflected as 1-0 +1.86.

2) For the ATS plays that have already been graded, I will use a -105 grading scheme.

So if you are 10-5 with all ATS plays your record will show as 10-5 +4.75.

But from here on out (starting tomorrow, Monday) I will need you to post your juice along with the play.

So that means you should be posting Cavs -1 -108 or Nuggets +3 -110, etc.

If you do NOT leave the juice along with your play I will grade it as -110. So if you post Cavs -1 and they lose, your grade will be 0-1 -1.10

3) Moneyline Favorites will be allowed for BASEBALL and HOCKEY; But not for Basketball and Football. For those sports you will have to use ATS plays. If you don't I will not grade it.

Moneyline underdogs are always allowed for every sport and the units won will be reflected in your record.

Madcapper, although I have only picked 4 times, I really enjoy the thread and the great job you guys do with grading it. It is always posted early and usually appears accurate.

I like the threads too, but with work and the time I get home I can be too busy betting my bets than posting picks. I usually post on the weekend or if Ihave an early euro play before work. Good job madcapper and company.
