Recently I reloaded my acct at 5 dimes by 2 person to person transfers of $2450 and $1900 for the upcoming football season. I neglected to request the 20% reload bonus on the first deposit but when I made the second deposit I asked for the bonus over the phone. I wanted the commitment for the bonus before I gave the control number for the deposit, and the operator said he would get that done for me.

Well I received the deposit but no bonus so I emailed them. Their response was because my balance was over $5000 (after the second deposit it was $5500) I do not qualify. I have not seen this rule in their explanation of bonuses and feel I was misled and then stiffed. I have seen some other complaints on here about 5dimes and I don't understand why SBR continues to keep them at an A+ rating, as this was the main reason I opened an account with them.
