Even if altogether I like Bookmaker/BetCris these days I had a bad experience with them: First what happened was the closure of Betmaker so that my Betmaker account was changed into a Bookmaker account. As I already had a BetCris account they decided a person could not have a BetCris and a Bookmaker account at the same time. They closed my BetCris account and transferred the money into my new Bookmaker account. So far there is nothing bad. But the problem is that for Betmaker I still have to full fill the roll over from the last super bowl bonus (now I must do that roll over in Bookmaker). But from BetCris I could withdraw money without problems because there I had no more roll over to full fill. Now though since they transferred my money from BetCris to Bookmaker I can't withdraw the original BetCris-money anymore since it is in the Bookmaker account. In my opinion that's rather unfair. I think they should at least let me withdraw this part of the money in the Bookmaker account which comes from BetCris.

I hesitate to make a 'case' of it as the money from BetCris is 1400 Euro only and I guess I can full fill the Betmaker/Bookmaker roll over within the next 1 or 2 weeks. But nevertheless I want to point out this bad behaviour and I am sure they would have done the same if more money had been in my Cris account. It's just a matter of principle and customer friendly behaviour.

I remember the switchover announcement a few weeks back. Now what I remember off the top of my head was that they did say something to the effect the players shouldn't experience any interruption in service as both books use the same software.

Now with that being said I would be led to believe that the rollover requirements would have just been integrated during the switch.

That sounds like something the first line of support can have trouble with as merging books isn't an everyday thing. I'm sure mgt. will be happy to hear about it and make sure you aren't inconvenienced further.

Yes, that's the same situation: if they notice you have a Bookmaker and a BetCris account because your Betmaker account became Bookmaker, then they want you to close either BetCris or Bookmaker.

Now SBR is obviously helping an arbing bonus whore to fill out a complaint vs. a book that generously not only allowed him to have 2 different accounts with them, but also gave him bonuses on top of it (for both accounts i bet!).

Reading only this post is enough to know about you (and i happened to read the Arbforum for laughs too), noone else but Arbers play at bookmaker AND CRIS and use Euro as currency.

Instead of being happy about the fact that CRIS gives bonuses to even guys like you, who are far from recreational (hell you don´t even gamble), you come here and whine about a bonus rollover.

If you could read correctly you recognized that I only had accounts with Cris and Bookmaker because Betmaker customers were transferred to Bookmaker.

This kind of thing happens when an operation runs different brands. CRIS brands have been very fair with the many players who have differnt accounts and bonuses. Maybe in the future they will have to add a rule about bonuses within the few remaining shops. But, they wouldn't want to alter someone's bonus stipulations unless there was more to the matter than simply inheriting a rollover restriction. I sent a note to a mgr. contact who will check into it.
