    Default What's your most basic go to sandwich?

    You know, when you have no time and need something real quick.

    Ghetto McGrill here (BBQ sauce on a bun).

    I make one at home. Chicken breast and Havrti Dill cheese on a bulkie roll. YUM.

    Peanut butter and lettuce - it's much better than you might think.

    Sounds gross, but then again, so does peanut butter on celery...and we all know that's yummy.

    I go with the whole wheat bread, Hard salami ( go ahead and make a joke) and some good mustard.

    Grilled cheese with sliced tomatoes, or ice box tacos (whatever's left over chopped up, warmed up and put on a corn tortilla).

    100% whole wheat bread

    tomato
    little mustard

    (that's my health conscious choice, if i wanted to say screw it i'd go with white or italian bread, mayo, ham, american cheese or provolone, and a tomato)

    The only sandwiches i eat are Steak and Cooked Roast Beef so not exactly something you can whip up quick! I am the pickiest of eaters.

    I don't eat alot of sandwiches. Drinks are easier to fix but I eat some like crazyl said above.

    I use Optimum Nutrition, it has no artificial sweeteners, not the tastiest shake but it's alright by me. Only problem is it's not sold at the GNC store by me so I have to keep ordering it online, do you ever say screw it and just get a random jug of whey?
