All participating sponsor books are listed in the application form once you click Become A Pro!.

But to answer your question, it is all 13 forum sponsors.

It runs through the whole year and cuts off just after preseason of next year's NFL season. Your account will return to normal status on September 1st, 2011 if you decide not to renew through the same process with 2nd book ID.

If when your application was submitted, you in fact had a balance of $200+ (with $200 being your own deposited cash) then it doesn't matter if you bust our after submitting the app.

When will the older veterans get appreciation for sticking around and adding content? I have an account at every single book with more than $1,000 at some. Yet I'm worse off than the new guy who just signed up?

When did we have to have made the deposit into the qualifying Sportsbook? If we made the deposit a few weeks ago, before knowing about this offer, does it still count?

You are better off once you upgrade to Pro.

The sports trivia jeopardy game, cash contests exclusive to Pros and all the future content will only be available to those who have upgraded to Pro. Thats kind of why we are doing it now.

Yes. If the balance is still present. If under $200, you'd have to add to it.

I'm not certain that I understand your post. If you have an account at "every single" book with more than $1K in them, then assuming you deposited $200 to one of them to reach your current balance, you are perfectly eligible to join this Pro program. I'd suggest reading the application form.

If you deposited the $200 and haven't busted out (and still have a balance of $200+) then absolutely.

You will need to have $200+ in the balance currently, made up of your deposited cash to be able to upgrade to Pro.

Your current balance must include $200 of your own money/deposited cash.

    Guys,

To sum up how it works... If you have a balance of $200 or more (with the source of that balance being a deposit of $200 or more) on the day you submit the application you are good to go.

example 1: If you won a contest for $25 and hit a 7-teamer for $500, and have never deposited, you would not be able to use that as a valid account to go pro.

example 2: If you deposited $200 last year and have since carried a balance of $10,000 in winnings. You are good to go...even if you made a few subsequent withdrawals of more than $200, you are pro with that acct because it's a live $200 deposit balance.

The point of the PRO program is that sportsbooks who sponsor it want to reward real active bettors. SBR of course wants everyone to enjoy the forum, points and contests. The result is giving even more to customers who are working with a live $200 real-money deposit. There will be a lot of extra stuff happening for the PROS.

i don't think this is fair. i'm an active bettor but i'm bad at it. i'm busto at betphoenix after my fedor vs werdum bet. i've already deposited 3 times with them in the last few months, isn't that enough?

If you are active then the next time you deposit, you'll be good to go.

If you're taking a break go grab yourself some free cash in the contests or from the SBR store with the points you'll already be getting. It's a volunteer program, no pressure to go PRO.

What if you've deposited over $200 over the years and have a balance of over $200, but the balance does not include a single $200+ deposit. One of these accounts I've had for 6 years and have kept a balance on it while withdrawing. I have no idea how they'd be able to tell how much of that is a percentage of what I deposited.

It sounds like you would then be eligible based on the example Bill provided.

example 2: If you deposited $200 last year and have since carried a balance of $10,000 in winnings. You are good to go...even if you made a few subsequent withdrawals of more than $200, you are pro with that acct because it's a live $200 deposit balance

No. This is covered in the Become A Pro! form.

An eligible balance must be from a real-money deposit of $200+.

Nope. So long as you are eligible at the time of submitting the application, you're locked in as an SBR Pro through September 1st, 2011.

    Mr. Dozer/Lou,

Once we are confirmed as Pro, will there be or can there be an indicator of status of such once we are?

It actually would be pretty cool and maybe an incentive for some, if it was added next to our Avatar or something.

We would all then know who in the forum are actual offshore players, and not just betting through locals or airbettors, lol.

Pretty much all the things you can do now with points will stay the same. We have new things in developement like a Jeopardy version of sports trivia where you can win tons of free points that only the Pro's will participate in. In time contests like Beat The Prick and other contests will pay points to non Pro's and cash to the SBR Pro's.

I currently have $200+ in a sponsoring book, but may want to join another one or two when they offer special NFL join bonus. So, may I apply for Pro today, and later add the new joins (to get the 100 points for each), or do I have to do it all at the same time?
