there will be plenty of cabs right outside the air port, the ride is very short, the cab wont cost more than 16-20 bucks depending on your tip, the MGM is a nice spot. i haven't been to many of the casinos though. I placed my sports wagers at the nyny -110s.

It couldn't possibly be any easier. the only question you really need answered is who will have the best lines for you, thats something i dont know how to find. The cabs will be waiting in full force and the trip is short and sweet. Just pick your destination, tell your driver where you want to go, walk in to your casino, ask where the sportsbook is, and get your ticket. from the time you get off the plain you could probably have your bet placed in 35 minutes.

Bet $6,000 instead of $5,000 on that NBA game and use the extra $1,000 to cover expenses like airfare, taxi, food, drinks etc.

Default gotcha let the trip pay for its self

Default i suppose you cant go to 1 place, to get best lines

if the best line is 2 miles away ,i suppose i need to cab it 2 miles away , unless i pick 5 books ahead of time, that i will only wager at

I assume you are talking about when UT won the national championship. Well I am a big lifelong Georgia fan and was at the game that year in Athens vs Tennessee. I have been to athens and columbia and seen many SEC games with many great teams. To this day I have never seen a defense anywhere remotely close to as dominate as that 1997 Tennessee defense was. Georgia had a good offensive line and UT had 4 or 5 guys in the backfield on every snap within a second. UT won like 21-3 or something. UT drove on one long drive and Champ Bailey intercepted a pass in the endzone. My cousin was with me and he got so excited he jumped up and forgot that his bottle of snuck-in liquor bottle was in his hand. It flew up and landed about 10 rows in front of us on some guy who was furious. Nobody else noticed though the crowd was going crazy. I spent that night rolling on extacy for the first time in Athens. What an unreal experience that was. I will never forget that day.

    Default Maybe Allegiant air?

Depending on where you live,Allegiant Air can be really cheap.I have paid as little as $149 round trip from Duluth, Minnesota to Vegas and Duluth is in the boonies.I'm not sure of the frequency of return flights though to your hometown????Go to www.allegiantair.com The seats are really comfortable but it's no frills for everything including taking more than a carry on bag. They try hitting you up for all the extras when you order tickets online like transportation to and from the airport, rental cars,rooms.etc.etc.etc. You have to buy tickets online to get the listed price because using a phone agent costs $20 more per ticket.

cheap airfare is the key. if your going to do it enough hook up with a travel agent. Helps if you bang them and then offer them like half of the discount they can get you.

Just don't ask them for help getting home when they find you in Mexico at cozmuele or w/e... I can't spell. Without them... That was bad.

Already some good advice in this thread for you greek. Mandalay Bay might be the quickest cab ride from the airport as far as nice sports bar area, but they're all pretty close. If you want to slap another $20 going and coming on your cab ride, some place off the strip is even nice. I've always been a bit partial to Sam's Town, and there are other spots like that out of the strip/downtown area.
