Default Average Bet

In general what is your average bet per night. How much do you put in per bet, and what is the max amount you would put in one bet.

Many people use 2% of bankroll per bet as a money management tactic so it depends on how big your bankroll is.

I keep a tight reign on the bankrole. I really only bet one NFL game per week during the season and it is for 10% of the bankroll as computed at the begining of Preseason. I have one game that I call my super nova lock of the moment that gets 15% of the bankroll.

If the majority of these forums thousands of members really bet 2% per game, books wouldn't pay so much for advertising.

all or nothing is the creed i live by.

I go all out with NCAA games betting 2,200 on the outcome, and 500/1000 on first half/second half.

Currently have $3,000 in my account. Been as high as $23,000 although I didn't really lose ALL that. I did have significant payouts, but also did lose a hefty amount (1/3 in a payout, lost the other 2/3)

Call me crazy, but I'm not worried about losing that cash. I've already doubled my original deposit and at this point I don't consider losing that money since it's not technically in my possession.

My goal is to get back to around 6K and at that point I promised myself to bet just $250 per bet, although I also told myself if I go to $0 I'm done with sportsbooks :-)
