Hello,
I had the account in 10bet about 2 years. I deposit to 10bet both with creditcard and moneybookers and made withdrawals as well. About 2 months ago I ordered moneybookers withdrawal 1211.34 EUR (all amount in my account). After some days I wanted to login in my account to check withdrawal. Trying to log in there was a message "login - failed". I wrote to 10bet customer service every day asking where is my account and why they hadn`t transfer my money to moneybookers. I have no answer from them till today.I called 10 bet, they told me, that they can not find the my username .
I think they have stolen my money and my account is deleted.
I`d like to warn players - don`t play in 10bet, your account can be deleted and money can be stolen like me. I am playing in about 20 sportbooks, but something like 10bet has done I see the first time.

send them your moneybookers transaction IDs to check to what username the money was sent. Also, send them your credit card statements so that they can check that also.
talk to your bank about a CC fraud.

I personally was playing with 10bet from the beginning and I must say that they kept getting worse. In the end I was getting few minutes delays and it was almost impossible for me to make a bet on livebetting. After 188bet and mansion88 started their bussiness there was really no need for me to play with 10bet anymore even though I never had the slightest problem with payment with 10bet.

I forgot to say one thing which was really good for 10bet. You could deposit by moneybookers and withdraw to neteller and vice versa which was a really great thing then because my moneybookers outgoing amount was low. Now that I am able to transfer unlimited funds by moneybookers this function lost its value to me. Probably this was the biggest reason why I completely stopped playing there

Impressive. I just started betting with 10Bet. I hope I don't have any problems. They are quite a big book so errors can and will happen occasionally.

This book is disgusting.

They put a collar on me immediately after my third bet, which was bigger than my first two ($650 USD). I can't think of any reason why. I took market price and the game had not started so it was not because I won.

Now my limits are slashed to less than $10 without confirmation (which takes forever) and that only comes back offering a lower price.

They are obviously only interested in playing $10 and $20 rec punters that take multis etc...

Forget about this book if you want to consistently have a couple of hundred on things.

Soon as my bets clear I will be withdrawing via Neteller. Hope I have no problems.

P.S. In my experience, these UK books seem to offer US sports under sufference. They put it up but do not put a lot of resource into it and are not interested in taking any decent action.
