Pointbet is working on relocating and obtaining a UK license. I would suggest limiting the amount of funds you keep there until they leave Asia.

I have emailed them the above text, and I asked them if they are legal now, their reply is this :

We have a branch in Batam Indonesia just for the Asian service.
