Based on my experiences during my correspondence with them Jay. I noticed that they are pretty bad when it comes to answering Emails and the live chat feature they have never is working.

I think they concentrate on Vietnameses bettor here. I'm vietnameses and I saw their ads on vietnameses magazine.
Their totally fault ad also. It said up to 30% cash bonus. I open account try to see how it look, then their call me I ask them about cash bonus but they said only Freeplay. All those bs. I don't think I'll ever bet with them until thing clear up now.

I haven't either when I call them BP, however I always seemed to for some reason via Emails. Then again I don't tell them at all I'm affiliated with SBR at all either, because I want to get treated like anyone else so I can post a fair unbiased assessment.
