DSI has been around for 10 years and is part of the Cris family of books. The withdraw requests usually take roughly 7-10 days.
FWIW: They do use a .10 cent line for baseball, so that does make them a little more attractive to most people who want to play at secure books during the slow summertime season.

DSI has a $50 min. on person to person transfers (not sure about the fees though). Also, they offer the same type of loyalty program that Bookmaker does. 1 free withdraw with 2500 points, and free payouts every 30 days via regular mail.

It's worth noting that the Cris books don't give loyalty or free withdrawals to professional players.
