WOW!!!
A girl I hooked up with back in 97' was a cheerleader for Lousivlle at the time and told me that KY recruited their girls partically based on looks... From the looks of that second girl down girl ...wow... She told me they tried recruiting her.. yaaaaap! She's adorable but not that hot... That second girl down is f*ckin' unreal!!! To me that is as perfect as it gets...
The one on the far right at the top is smokin' hot too!!!

Most college squads do that, Shams....at least the big ones. And the girl doesn't have to be smokin' hot...just generally pleasing to the eye and about the same size as the rest of them. In competitions, it's all about uniformity...they all have to look similar.

Yeah I would think so... They must have been leaniant that year for Lousivlle because they were not all very cute... She was one of the few and she wasn't hot but more adorable... like very cute... I also would say year in and year out about half of Toledo's girls are not the most pleasing to the eye.. That being said I still think you're right but they don't have the biggest pool to choose from... I have been to those college cheer competitions and THIS IS FACT... you will never see so many hot girls in such a small area at once...they just don't cheer for UT...

Well, not all squads base their teams on looks...but the top contenders for cheer competions sure as hell do (it doesn't matter if the football team sucks or not). Cheerleaders are supposed to be cute...cute works. Hey, there are even some high school squads that won't let heavy girls join. Messed up, no? How many teen suicides and eating disorders do you think THAT causes? I cheered with some heavy girls in high school. Our squad wasn't about looks...in fact, our coach was VERY much against that. Those girls were VERY athletic. I was always amazed that this one girl had the best toe touch jump on the squad and she was easily 70 pounds overweight. Also, when I am relying on the two girls below me to hold me over their head, I prefer that they have some meat on their bones...I wouldn't put my life in the hands of someone my size.
