Requested 2 checks by courier, one on February 7 and one on February 8. As of February 14, these checks were still "in processing", but I was told I'd have everything by the end of next week. Why am I paying $50 to get couriered checks if they take 2 weeks to get to me?

I have to say, until now WSEX has been awesome with payouts but with the recent change in processors and customer service telling me no individual check can be for more than $3000, I'm beginning to wonder.

Anyone else having issues with WSEX payouts?

This the only outstanding payout complaint that I have read/recall on the forum Mr.Tunes. Maybe they are in the midst of changing processors once again?

Try to give it a bit more time Tunes. The new days of offshore gaming is being tested again with the post-Super Bowl payouts. Things may take a bit longer and processors may even force books to reroute payments but the money will get to you.

You will get paid for sure, but they have yet to find a way to pay folks quickly ever since the US gov't. regulations took effect. Their recent increase in courier fees will cost them more business imo.

Good news, even though it took 10 days from the day I first asked for it. Better news, it's drawn on an American bank so there will be no collection issues. Hoping to receive more tomorrow since they have limited checks to $3000.
