Assuming you mean offshore, not local, my two were ESB, as noted by jj no longer here, and good riddance. I didnt have much posted with them, a few hundred, but realized they were crooks when I had $10 on a horse that paid $89 (it was phone-in then) and they said they had no record of the bet.

The other was a good book, in CR I think. But altho I did exceptionally well - better than any time since - I can't recall their name. It had Islands in the title - not ABC Islands. Maybe something like "3 Islands." I think they were absorbed by someone else. Anyone know the one I can't recall?

Mine was BOS. I could tell they were legit because they advertised in Times Square and on NYC buses.

Mine was also ESB. They never stiffed me, but it was hell understanding their operators. The jamaican accents were so thick you would be on the phone for thirty minutes "mon" having them continually repeat everything.

They even used to pay interest on balances.

I was long gone when they started outright stealing.

Nope, mine was cybersportsbook which I believe was bought up by bodog. As an aside JJ, bowmans is still around, it's just owned/operated by bet 365 now. You can still type in www.bowmans.com and you get a sportsbook. I was fortunate not to be involved with wwts or bos although I almost did open an account with a bos book.
