I think they win the WEST and once they get in the playoffs it will be hard to knock them off with their Webb/Haren combo.

I posted the future when it opened at 1215, but I'm not sure the value is there anymore at +805 though.

The Diamondbacks have been lower than that in Vegas for more than a month now. I've got a future on them to just win the NL, and I agree, they are going to be a tough team this season -- Haren adds to the starting staff, guys like Drew and Young will have a year under their belts, and Justin Upton will be a fun kid to watch as well. Will have to see how the bullpen pans out, their biggest unknown at this time.

I got 'em at 8:1 to win the NL, believe they're down to 6:1 or so now. Also depends where you go in Vegas since their baseball futures are never as consistent from book-to-book as in the offshore world.

Not sure who they root for now. It's been about 10 years since I went to a minor league game in LV, and most of the folks I talked to were either Dodgers or Padres fans then.
