When they are bought out they do. That's why I was asking the time frame. I was all over them when they had the <3 month DOS attack> but they are fine now.

Well, before VO buyout their customer service was top notch. Now, it's standard for this family of books. And Live Chat feature is coming soon for at least 4 years now...

you got that right magnavox. the vo group never returns emails at all, but the do pay though.so i'll give them that and, won't fault them for that.
