Don't follow the Big 12 as much but this line just opened at texas +5. Im considering a play on this home dog. Texas has plenty of weapons to beat this jayhawk team. The fact that texas struggled against Iowa St. makes me like this more, because they were looking ahead to this game. Where the Big 12 guys at?
I actually like KU in this game. The main reason being Augustine has played horribly of late and they are not attacking the basket at all. They settle for outside jumper after outside jumper, all of which are contested and Abrams is the only one hitting at all.
KU has a lot of length on the defensive end and always make it tough to get open looks, especially if you are predictable on offense. Texas has been starting slow and if they do in this game KU will run away with it. This is coming from someone that hates KU, see av.
