I am close to signing up with these guys and choosing the -105 option, but I see that they charge $25 for withdrawals...but then I read they give out one free ** payment per month...do you have to deposit via ** to receive this free payout?...anyone with any info. regarding this would be greatly appreciated...thanks...

When you make a deposit at Cascade, it doesn't ask for your Cascade Login ID. How would they know who is making the Neteller deposit?

Try making a Neteller deposit and it doesn't ask for your Cascade ID nor shows it.

Part of the merchant agreement that books have with Neteller is that if a cusomter deposits via Neteller, than the book is suppose to send the withdrawals via neteller up to what the player deposited. So if you deposit by neteller to cascade, they might tell you that beofre you can withdraw by **, they first ahve to send your deposit back to Neteller

thanks for the heads up on this, because most likely I would have deposited via neteller...maybe I can send them a certified cashier's check before next football season and then they will cut me a check/ process a wire...if you know anymore info. on this please let me know...thanks...

I received an email from them and they will not make you withdraw via neteller if you deposited through them...they will send you a check or do a wire for you...so if I already signed up and didn't go through bonus boss am I screwed, or can I still qualify for the 10% extra bonus?...
