Wouldn't that be a penny line?

I booked both sides of an arb at Pinnacle once. I think it was on who would score first in a Giants game. Assuming it was an error, I emailed support to notify them. Shockingly, they told me that the line was valid. Not sure how that could possibly happen, but I didn't mind the free money.

yeh a penny line sorry, I think you actually find this alot in college and WNBA if they had the drop down, I play WNBA -1.5 and ML when there is a 15 cent plus gap and luckily haven't lost yet

Happens occasionally on Pinnacle props. If you booked the bets a few minutes apart then it was just line movement. Pinnacle's software is aggressive in making sure they aren't overexposed on an individual line.

Both lines were bet at the same time.

    Hmmm...

Maybe Pinnacle was counting on nobody to score throughout the entire game!

This does happen sometimes, but it is really not a problem for pinnacle, basically it just occurs when someone bets the spread when the moneyline has much more value, it especially occurs with syndicate plays. I once saw a 22 cent scalp that you can bet on the same ticket, but nothing else more than a couple cents

This statement is certainly true, but this case was obviously a flaw in the system or error by the linesmaker. There is no conceivable circumstance in which offering a line of +120/-105 could be +EV for Pinnacle. This would be like a bank offering a loan at 1% interest and a savings account at 2%. It's just giving money away.
