Yes, and that's a good thing, Bookmaker too. eWallet charges 10% for withdrawals capped at a $150 fee. Luckily for us no book processes funds back to them, probably because they rape them with fees too, plus eWallet cannot process funds back to your bank.
What you can do is this. Use eWallet's deposit option that takes 3-4 days to process from your checking account and only has a $10 flat fee, so basically besides having to wait 3-4 days to use the $ at a book you're paying a ** fee and then can just have a check issued by your book.
What I don't like about this Ewallet is the fact that they get you for 10% for both depositing and withdrawing. Other than that they have been around for roughly a year or so, and I haven't read any complaints about them.

Betonline takes it also. Isn't it just a flat $10 fee to deposit Dan?

I wasn't aware that they offered it, but no.
This is how their system works.
Register checking account, after it's validated you have $750 30-day limit which is tier 1, then tier 2 is $1500, and so on and so forth.
The fees are set like this, you can deposit instantly and be charged 8.8% capped at a $150 fee, or you can choose the 5-day *************** service and it will be a flat $10 fee. You'll have to wait 4-5 days though to use it at a book.
And they charge 10% withdrawals but it's a non-factor since no books (at least 5Dimes, Bookmaker) will not process cashouts back to them. You would be paid by your book, so you'd avoid the W/D fee from *************.
