I played at Bookie-Casino.com in November 2005. After I requested a $2500 payout from them via check, I was given the run around. It has been over 60 days since I first requested these funds, nothing yet despite many promises.

Now this group (Pheonix Rising) has recently been lowered to F status at SBR. Chances of getting paid look slim.

So, when does this officially qualify as a no pay?

If so, my belief is that there is still a chance, therefore, its still a slow pay.

I would consider a book that goes 30 days of no payouts to be in No Pay mode. I think what tend to differentiate a no pay from a slow pay is when some cusomters are recieving payouts but not all, then the book is in slow pay made. When no cusotmers are recieving payouts then the book is in no pay mode. So a futurebet site like Sportsbookusa might take 3 months or more to pay, but I would consider them in slow pay mode, because while youw ere weaiting to be piad, they were paying other people. With this Pheonix group, they haven't paiud anyone, so I would say that they are in No Pay mode.
