Default dsi's casino stole money from me

i have sent them 3 screenshots. i expect they will refund my money but i am posting to warn others that there casino software is off. the blackjack switch game counted my blackjacks as pushes against a dealer 22 or a dealer 21 on a few occasions. i caught them 3 times but it must have happened more than those times i caught them. i dont have time to go through my entire log. i was playing 50 a hand so they owe me 150 for those but im sure it has happened more. i expect to be refunded between $250-500 (hopefully 500). they have done a poor job of handling this. be aware. i dont think they stole this on purpose at all but they should be much more apologetic and looking to resolve this with me. i feel like i am begging them when they are the ones who screwed up.

Playtech software? If it is, you might want to read some archives over at WizardofOdds. I believe this Switch glitch was noted almost a year ago and most places had corrected it. Obviously not all. Read there and at Casinomeister before you play casino games at any book. That is good advice for everyone.

You should probably know the rules of the game before you play. 22 is counted as a push in BJ switch.

If the player switches to a blackjack it is treated as a 21-point hand.
A dealer total of 22 will push against any player total of 21 or less. A player blackjack will still beat a dealer 22

It is the common rule, if you google "Blackjack Switch rules" you'll find it used most places (if not all).

Here's some info on the game:

Which contains a link to a Strategy calculator geared towards the Playtech software:
