good advice, i dont do the decline. i should start doing dips. chest day tomorrow, maybe we'll go for some new personal bests. then again, i dont think im gonna bench.

Decline is an overrated excersize. there is no need to do it. Dumbell presses, dips, flat bench and incline are plenty for overall chest. Lower pecs are hit hard enough with dips (elbows out) and on flat if you dig your shoulders in and tilt the down. If you haven't used chains on flat and incline in your workout, you should for a while. It is great for extra development.

never really dug my shoulders in and tilted down on flat buuuuuut to me decline definitely gets after my lower pecs. i guess to each their own on efficient exercises...some just dont do their justice for me

I think that it is nice to have your real picture posted as your avatar, but I hope that it doesn't have the effect of censoring some of the thoughts that are being posted. The real reason I come here to post is because of the stimulating thoughts most of all. Now if there is a nice picture of somebody, that's a bone us.
