    Default Anyone know bet-at-home.com?

    Hi,

I've recently registered with this book thanks to a pretty enticing bonus offer.

Has anyone had any dealings with these before? I've read on their site that they've been registered in Austria and Malta since 1999, so fairly well established.

Since registering I've won a fair amount, £1k+ so thought I'd check here to see if anyone has had previous issues with withdrawals or any other customer service problems.

Must admit, I'm a tad nervous as this is the first time I have had to withdraw from a foreign bookie!

    Thanks

They have always paid me without any problems. Payment takes about 5 days since I have used bank transfer.

jh80 there is no need to be stressed about withdrawals
I m placing wagers there for more than 2 years and they always paid me.If i can recall correctly, the maximum amount that i had as a withdrawal was 1.8k euros. The only disadvantage is that it takes 5 working days to have the money back to your bank account. If you ask your money on friday...as you can understand, you ll have it after 10 days.
Austrian owners, operating from Malta.Pitty that they dont send money to cc.
I would say that they are very good and deserve something more than a D.
Pm me if you have more questions.

Looks like I was right to be a bit wary of this lot....

    - Requested £1000 GBP withdrawal on 8th Feb, request for ID and CC from bet-at-home the day after.

    - Faxed copies of ID and CC 8th Feb, assumed everything was ok.

    - Followed up on the withdrawal on 13th Feb as no funds received. CS say faxed copies of my ID 'weren't clear' (nice of them to let me know via email).

    - Re-fax copies of my ID 14/15th feb, again no reply from CS. Re-submit withdrawal request through website for £1000.

    - Follow up on withdrawal request today (20th Feb) and get told:

'our accounting department must check your withdrawal after that the amount will be ground off from your betting account and transfer into your bank account'

    and

'the checking of the withdrawal needs a couple of days'

Now this looks like classic stalling tactics to me, on another forum I visit a number of people have been paid out, but still not me!

What do people think my next steps should be bearing in mind I first requested withdrawal on 8th Feb, and all the contact with bet-at-home has been initiated by me. At no point have I received an update from bet-at-home as to the status of my withdrawal.

Started to get a tad worried about this and any advice would be apprediated.

    Thanks

    Hi Jimmy,

Welcome to SBRforum. I am forwarding the thread to B-A-H's CEO Jochen Dickinger. His email is jochen.dickinger@bet-at-home.com.

We get a few complaints from their players regarding the CC processing and the lack of communication. Thus far, all inconvenienced players have received their funds. Hopefully we can help get you an update. Please send your account ID.

It looks like you will have to wait a bit more but this ending is consistent with other complaints.

    Hi there!

I will inform you that we have already processed the withdrawal order from our client ***** *******.

The explanation for the delay is that we make ever a check up from the CC data by the first payout. (only by the first payout)

Of course for security reasons for our clients and our company.

This process takes normally a couple of days 3 – 10 days depends on the response time of the concerning CC institute.

    Best regards,
    Roland Pichler
